We exclusively offer full-service wedding packages, particularly for destination wedding planning.

There's a reason we suggest this approach: it’s the best way to ensure no details are overlooked. In fact, one of our clients who had opted for day-of coordination realised on their wedding day that they had successfully ordered tablecloths but, unfortunately, no tables! We swooped in to save the day, but it goes to show that when you're up to your neck in wedding plans, it’s easy to miss the obvious.

Here’s what our package includes to make sure you have tables, tablecloths, and everything in between:

Consulting

Take the time to understand your preferences and vision, tailoring our services to match your style and expectations.
Provide venue recommendations and a curated selection of suppliers tailored to your needs.
Offer detailed timelines and to-do checklists to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Design & Styling

Develop a full theme design concept using mood boards, ensuring all aspects of the wedding (decor, etc.) are in theme.
Design and bring to life the wedding venue, flow of events, and documents such as the itinerary.

Planning

Provide detailed budget management and advice on fund allocation, with continuous tracking throughout the planning process.
Manage vendors, including venue, catering, décor, photographer, videographer, officiant, audio & visual, etc.
Handle supplier briefings, contract review & negotiations, and vendor payment management.

Day of Coordination

Plan and coordinate the wedding rehearsal.
Be onsite for the site visit, rehearsal, and wedding day.
Provide day-of assistance in coordinating vendors and designing & styling all spaces.
Manage the day’s itinerary and schedule, including behind-the-scenes coordination.
